Yoga at The Edge in NYC
Calling all my yogis, thrill seekers, NYC adventurers …
Take a sky-high yoga class at The Edge in NYC! This class is hosted at The Edge in the Hudson yards by Equinox.
The class starts at 6:30am but I recommend getting there when the doors open a 6:00am. You will have some time before the class begins to take in the view & take lots of photos. It is an early morning but so worth it with the break taking views and, if you’re lucky, a beautiful sunrise.
You can choose your mat but honestly the location doesn’t make too much of a difference. You pretty much have amazing 360 degree views. Oh, and don’t worry if about your yoga level. This class is great for an experiences yogi all the way to someone who has never even tried yoga. And if you’re still nervous, just remember, child’s pose is still yoga! The instructor wears a microphone while teaching and there are speakers surrounding the mats so even if it’s windy you can hear what is going on.
The class was 45 minutes and it felt like a great length. Afterwards, there was plenty more time to cool down, look around a little more & get the perfect yoga photo-op.
This was such an incredible experience, I wish this could be the start of my day, everyday.
Still not convinced? Need picture proof? Video even? Well, you’re in luck. I video’d my experience so you can see.
Let me know if you end up booking a class!
