Worked with a team to integrate an acquisition into our ATS, Greenhouse. I focused on the interviewer training & feedback submissions. I created training materials: presentations and self service resources used for current & new hires.
-
I created training materials used by newly hired Recruiting Coordinators during onboarding. I continued to mentor and train RCs throughout their time by shadow & reverse shadowing: posting reqs, HM intake meetings, application review, sourcing, phone screens, interview team kickoffs, through offer calls.
-
Utilizing an online wiki as a self-resource for recruiters with all information needed, I went through the site to add any changes and ensure pages were being updated regularly - assigning specific teammates to maintain information.

Who is Kaylie, outside of work?
A fitness lover!
Growing up, I played sports my entire life (mainly soccer & lacrosse). I’m continued my love for staying active with group fitness classes. I recently accepted a job as a cycle instructor & I am in the midst of completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher & Leadership Training
A reader!
I’ve always loved to read but I never found myself to be consistent at it. Last year I set a goal to read 12 books. I wrapped up 2023 having read 100 books!
Check out my Goodreads for recommendations :)
A traveler!
I seemed to dream of traveling the world since I was a kid but started making it happen while in college. Last year I even embarked on my first solo international travel. I purchased a one way ticket (two days in advance) and explored Europe for a month. Australia & New Zealand are my favorite places I’ve visited
